ELIGIBILITY
For customers residing in the United States and Canada, who, between November 4, 2004 (5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME USA) and December 31, 2004 (9:00 PM PACIFIC TIME USA), purchase and register online a Qualified Product. Purchasers of a Qualified Product who fax or mail-in registrations must also re-register online for this Offer by December 31, 2004 (9:00 PM PT). “Qualified Product” shall mean commercial versions only of one of the following products: the full or upgrade version of (1) Dreamweaver MX 2004; (2) Studio MX 2004; (3) Studio MX 2004 with Flash Professional; or (4) full or renewal version of DevNet Professional.
FULFILLMENT
Customers who are eligible for this promotion must register their Qualified Product online and electronically download the Macromedia Video Kit by December 31 2004 (9:00 PM PACIFIC TIME). Eligible customers must register the Qualified Product online by selecting “Online Registration” from the Help Menu of the Qualified Product. Customers who purchase through Macromedia’s online store or through the Macromedia call center are automatically registered but will still be required to re-register their product online in order to receive this promotion. For orders of DevNet Professional, customers are required to register online at http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/gpr/index.cfm and enter their DevNet Subscription Number in the serial number field. The DevNet Subscription Number can be found on Your Subscription page in the following format: MDN001-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX or MDN002-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
Following completion of the online registration, a thank you screen will contain a link to a page prompting the customer to confirm his or her email address. An email will be sent to the customer’s designated email address with a URL and an activation code to electronically download the Macromedia Video Kit. In order to receive access to the 15-day trial to the Flash Video Streaming Service Lite, customers will be required to separately register with VitalStream and provide their Credit Card verification information. After the 15-day trial period, standard monthly rates as determined by VitalStream will apply.

Use of the Flash Video Streaming Service Lite is governed by additional terms and conditions provided by VitalStream, Inc., which include but are not limited to, content, storage, and bandwidth limitations. Use of the Sorenson Squeeze Lite software product is governed by additional terms and conditions provided by Sorenson Media. This offer is not valid for Education or Government Purchases of the Qualified Products or purchases made outside the eligibility dates. In order to qualify for this Offer, customers must have proof that the purchase date of their Qualified Product was between November 4, 2004 (5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME) and December 31, 2004 (9:009 PM PACIFIC TIME). Macromedia reserves the right to audit the accuracy of this purchase date information. As a condition of this Offer, customer agrees to cooperate fully in any eligibility audit conducted by Macromedia or its agents and, if identified as ineligible, customer shall return the Macromedia Video Kit obtained pursuant to this Offer and will be deemed ineligible for subsequent Macromedia promotional offers for two years from the expiration date of this Offer.
